We produce high-quality dairy ingredients for further processing/industrial use in our BRC Grade AA packing plant.
Due to our position in the dairy market as a totally independant company we have access to a continuous supply of various grades of cheese and butter from all the major manufacturers from Ireland & UK. The product is shipped to our plant in Ireland, where it is segregated, graded and selected for a variety of customers with varying requirements. This is a highly-specialised manual process carried out by our team who have decades of quality and technical experience in processing this type of product. This finished product is specifically tailored to its end clients’ requirements. We make an inconsistent product, consistent at price points that are discounted to the premium market.
For our suppliers we provide a secure outlet for their product, safeguarding their brand. Due to our agile, flexible and highly responsive service we can handle small or large volumes at short notice.
