Dairy Cream

Description: Cream is produced from the separation of fat from fresh whole milk from grass fed cows - 100% natural - no additives - GMO free - no hormones

Application: Suitable for butter, butteroil, AMF, bakery, ice cream, confectionery and other applications

Appearance: Homogenous liquid

Colour: White / Cream colour

Flavour: Clean, Fresh, Wholesome taste. Free from odours / taints

Weight & Packaging: Bulk Tanker - Cream is transported in food grade bulk tankers of up to 25,000 litres per shipment

Origin: Ireland

Shelf Life: 3 days from date of delivery - keep refrigerated

Storage and Delivery Conditions: Store at 2°C to 5°C (chilled)

Processing Cream (35% UHT Whipping Cream with stabilisers & emulsifier)

Application: Suitable for butteroil / AMF, bakery, ice cream, confectionery

Appearance: Homogenous free flowing liquid cream

Colour: Uniform, Off White

Flavour: Clean, Fresh, Wholesome taste. Free from odours / taints

Weight & Packaging: Packed in 1000 litre food grade liner(LDPE/VLLDPE), in metal reusable IBC

All packaging complies with current EU legislation for food contact packaging

Origin: Ireland / EU
